Cruisin' on my Bluebird
I assume the aluminum wrenches are spoke wrenches & tire spoons? I have Never used anything like this but typical hand tools so any help or explanation would be great!

A "3rd hand" tool holds tension on a brake cable while one tightens the brake arm tensioner. Basically. it takes up slack.
I figured it out via google; it's a "helper" of sorts to hold the brake pads in place when doing rim brakes & cable tensioning. Thanks.

I guess I could just googled it but I know you guys have been around the block with bikes & this stuff for years. Now if anyone asks it's here for references I guess

That 3rd hand tool is a must, if you try to adjust the brake cable with just 2 hands its a pain in the butt. I ended up using a C clamp for my 3rd hand.

Not needed for prewar ballooners!
I guess it wouldn't hurt having it .... may end up adding rim brakes or something + I have that Taiwan made Roadmaster 700c still. You were probably 100% Right on either being stuck with it or giving it away.
