Monark Rocket tank graphic ID help?

I currently have 23 Monarks, 15 of them are the 2nd generation Rocket style frames ranging from 1940 - the mid/late 50's but I have never ran across this tank graphic before. does anyone know the general time frame it was used, or happen to have a picture of a complete bike with this graphic on it? I sure don’t know but I like it. It’s kind of a mash up of a flying eye and the Indian motorcycle logo. maybe I need to paint that on a tank. Thanks for the inspiration.
