Monark Super Deluxe Questions

Finally riding a big boys bike
Can any Monark people give me some help? I bought this a while ago as a Monark SD but I'm having doubts. It looks like there never was a SD head shroud or typical SD rear bumper reflector housing and no chrome rear rack shroud. Did the early SD's come without those accessories?
I narrowed the year down via the serial number to 1947 thanks to a Monark list @the tinker posted years ago (thanksTinker!). Does that seem reasonable? On the same list it stated if the horn button is on the right side then its a 1948-49-50. I am willing to call it a 47 to 50 , just wondering if any of you smarties out there had some feedback. Thanks in advance!

I've talked to people that worked at Monark and from what I was told, it was a pretty crazy place to work. Folks didn't exactly get along. What else is new? Lots of shortages those years, as war restrictions and metal shortages didn't end in '46. More restrictions came up for Korea. I've seen those Monarks with plastic shrouds. Everything got used and leftover parts were never wasted. As a result, many bikes of that period have mix-matched parts on them. Enjoy your Monark, it's a survivor and I love it!

Been watching This thread for a bit now. The bike is a 47 that has been repainted. Below is one of my 47 original paint survivors without headlight and front brace. 47 was really the 1st year Monark started introducing the Super Deluxe style.
