Sold Montgomery Ward Hawthorne

I have a Hawthorne that appears to be original except for the chain guard and pedals. It is in really nice shape with nice patina. Deluxe model with sealed beam headlight, tank horn, and rear turn signals. It had a nice Troxel saddle and New Departure hubs. I'm looking for $450 plus shipping with the chain guard or $425 plus shipping without the chain guard. Possible trade for a pre war bike, I will add cash for the right bike. Thanks Phil. Early to mid 50's as far as I know. Some of the experts here may be able to narrow it down more.

Look at the BB for a number by the serial number. For example, EH 45. You would flip the two digit number and you get the year.
