Montgomery Wards Hawthorne Year???

I picked up this Montgomery Wards Hawthorne tonight. I know there is not a definitive serial number data base but can anyone help me narrow down a year?? Does the 64 in the serial number mean 1946? It has a Morrow rear hub and New Departure black out front hub. I have not cleaned them off to try and date them yet.

Yes, I would believe that to be a 46. Love the leftover blackout parts. A local friend has a very similar 46.

Yep, probably very late '46, as you don't usually see that head badge before mid '47.
