That is pretty cool! Mossberg was the outgrowth of Rollfast bicycles. At some point I believe Rollfast sold out to them. The frame and parts are the same as those used for Rollfast muscle bikes in the late 1960's and early 1970's.

Very very cool bike, Little falls just up the road. Forks are killer. As rare as it is just do not see $1000+ IMO

Mossberg acquired Snyder the manufacturer in 1973; and stopped production at Little Falls in 1976.
(Snyder had stopped production at Michigan City in 1970, prior to the change in ownership).
