How do you hook the brake back up to the stick on the stick shifter box. I'm sure it is something simple but can't figure it out

You unhook the cable from the rear derailleur and hook it to the brake caliper.

Oh you have a Mark II. Not sure. found one pic on ebay but it's not clear what goes where.

There is a special cable that has goes from the brake handle through the shifter handle to the brake on the rear. It is called a drag brake cable. It is a 2 piece cable that has a ball type thing attached in the middle of the cable. That is what the shifter grabs when you use the park brake. You can make one by cutting the outer housing in 2 pieces and use the piece you put the cable through on the brakes with the nut. That will make a stop for the shifter to catch. A correct cable will cost about 100 dollars. Super hard to find.

It looks like it needs to be cleaned and oiled up. It looks complete.
