Murray didn't build any skip tooth bikes after early 1955. The whole Murray line was replaced with the Fliteweight frame for '58, with only junior Mercury badged bikes continuing with a straight bar frame, I don't recall seeing any with tanks. I've seen a few Murrays stamped 'MOS', and they weren't 60 models. I'd think that MO-S would be more likely for '60. I'd suspect this bike is from around 53-55.
