Original non-quilled (collared headset style) set of Kelly adjustable racing pattern handlebars. 13/16” diameter insertion.
According to the 1899 Kelly Handlebar catalog the “Number 4 Racing” style bar is the largest / deepest possible drop on any variation of Kelly bar with a 20” wingspan and a drop of roughly 9”. Excellent condition and look, uncleaned from the time I got them a number of years ago noe
