Musselman Caliper Rim Brakes

I have these NOS Musselman Caliper Rim Brake parts with instructions and part of the original box. Does anybody know for sure when these were produced and sold?

Nothing on paperwork and box is almost non-existent.

I have some that are similar on a 1957 Monark. They were on the bike when I got it so I don't if they were put on when the bike was new or sometime later.
