I'm surprised that headbadge didn't get popped off of that thing a long time ago.
You should've stuck with a Schwinn, Mr.Doggy.

Just kidding!
Don Christie sounds so formal.

Now that the honeydoo list is caught up for now, I was able to work on the Hound some. I steel wool/wd40/clean/waxed the paint. I ran the scotchbrite wheel over some of the metal parts. Also dissassembled the spokes/wheels/hubs to R&R. Doing that now. The hubs are plated in Nickel and look great! I had to rebuild the Morrow hub with spare internal parts I had. Got the correct front sprocket and I am looking for a nice Diamond shaped set crank with hardware. Anyone have a set? I have a couple of Diamond arms to tryout thanks to @oddball and no hardware. The gland nut thread diameter is almost an inch. Typical size is about 13/16”. Headed to the Commerce Georgia swapmeet this Saturday to see @Classic Cool Rides and to look for said components.

Is that a 2" offset between the centers of the sprocket holes for the crank shaft and drive pin?

Seen few of those, they may have had oversize threads also, requiring special oversize cones.

Yep! Everything you say is true @Archie Sturmer! The thread diameter on the outer nut is almost 2” inch and the pin offset is 2”! Hoping for a miracle at the swap!

Looking close to complete. Can you post the serial number under your BB shell for Pierce/Emblem reference? That would be nice of you..... Creative use of a different crank with the oversized Emblem sprocket there.. I have rigged the same oversized ring on one of my bikes. This sprocket sports a larger center hole than "normal", which unfortunately allows the chainring to move around on any undersized crank, producing the dreaded "long-short" chain situation while riding.
Good luck on the correct undamaged Emblem crank hardware.
I would imagine the cones and other fixment hardware is harder to find than the cranks themselves, which I am still on the hunt for with no results yet...:(:expressionless:..
