My new shop light made from old partial frame

What to do with a partial Schwinn frame, I've had this frame for probably 15 plus years hanging around figured out what to do with it finally and here it is mocked-up not completely done yet but for now a working unit ..Just a foot note ..NO COMPLETE FRAME WAS USED TO MAKE THIS ..IT WAS A PARTIAL THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME YEARS AGO...
