My new TOC FA Baker Queen city bike

I just scored this today off of craigs about 2 hrs from home. It is a Queen City bicycle made by the FA Baker company. Atleast that is what i found online in the brief checking i have done. This couple bought a house/barn in upstate NY and this bike hung in the barn for 40+ yrs. they sold the property and rescued the bike.

She seems very original except the mismatched wood wheels. It is a fixed gear. Anybody know about the bike or companies behind her? What year you think it is?
