It could be this 1980 scrambler 36/36 series but coaster brake version, with black anodized bars. Although, it seems that the 36/36 began around 77 so, you should check the BMX guys at BMX society for accuracy. The location of front reflector coupled with those handle bars are a good sign it's a Schwinn, albeit, photo is so blurry no guaranties it is. The bike also might be blue verses, as it appears, black but, blue pad should/could be on a blue frame.
