The date of the event was was upated by me this morning - March 10, 2024 - Please make a note of the change (my mistake)

This event had a great vibe with a wide variety of interesting bicycles on display. Show bikes were on display at the center of the big room and the swap meet ringed the outer perimeter. I took a few photos of some of the show bikes that caught my attention, but there were so many! 72 show bikes in all according to Dale. He pointed out some that I noticed and several that i missed:
  • A fascinating Feska from the Czech republic
  • 3 custom bikes by Scott Paisley
  • Peter Gilbert's Sammontana yellow Masi.++
  • A beautiful chromovelato green Scapin
  • Bob Young's "Time Capsule" Paramount (the orange one)
  • A Patelli TT split seat tube (the pink one)
  • 2 chrome Herse randonneurs!!

Lots of swappers, sponsors & supporters came out locally and from several surrounding states - I heard that even Maryland was in the house. The food served up by Burrito Bros (who are fellow cyclists btw) was tremendous. It was so inspiring being exposed to such a diverse crowd of bicycle lovers for the afternoon. I left the event with far less money in my pocket and appreciating an even wider array of bicycles than when I arrived, which, I gather, is entirely the point. I hope this event comes around again next year...
