need color info

Colors for a 1941 Elgin were Pope Red, Vermillion, Perfect Blue,Azure Blue, or Black. Where can i correct color chips, or paint formulas, or some way to identify these colors. Thank you

Unlike cars there are no color chip books for bicycles. Your best bet is to find an original bike and match the paint from a place that wasn't exposed such as under a fender, back of chainguard, etc... V/r Shawn

Pope red

Vermillion (orange) and black

Perfect blue (dark) and azure blue (light)

I'm pretty sure there was a brown as well (bike with Miss America), as well as two tone green, maroon and white, and possibly a light yellow. It really depends on what model you are referring to. V/r Shawn
