Need help deciding which to build.

I have 3 frames I could build. 35 schwinn dd, Rollfast fastback, or 75 schwinn camelback. Parts group is se racing landing gear fork, nice bmx wheelset, profile racing gdh crankset, polished mx brake set,or a set of v brakes. The 75 schwinn camelback is the fastest to make rideable. The 35schwinnDD would need the v brake mounts welded or brazed on and paint or powder coat. The Rollfast is the most work. Frame repair and modify then paint. Which should I do?

I'd go with the Rollfast. I love these frames. They ride great.

don't build the Rollfast, those frames are funny looking.
