Need help ID pre war bicycle

New to the cabe. Just bought this old bike and I want to get up and running. I want to make it correct. Is missing badge so I’m not sure what brand. Looks like pedals are not correct but I could be wrong. Green paint looks to be brushed on. Help identifying will be much appreciated on maker and year is was made. TIA

Nice ...this is your lucky day.. it’s a 33-34 b-10e schwinn motorbike...fenders are wrong as is the bad paint and seat And crank possibly rims...but it’s a good start...

The bike may have been the unequipped model i.e. no tank, horn, light, or rack (B9). The only thing that stand between making it a B9 or B10E is money and time. If your gonna redo it I'd say balls out all the way. Check applications on on fenders you have you might have some spare cash...they look like some rare dayton fenders
