Did you look on the bottom bracket? There should be a metal tag under there with numbers stamped, but sometimes they're gone .

I'm not looking to buy. Just asking to see whether it's really worth putting the money into. She's a fairly common model missing some key parts.

Oh I definitely know it's a Monark. Tank might be close to what you paid for the bike. Cool project though.
