They are an odd one. They are 4" long and look like a late 64 to early 65 Stingray pedal, except the back has "bumps" on either side of the back plate. There is a NOS set on eBay with the number 6516. The last photo isn't my set. They are the NOS set currently online.
They sold both a Ladies width, and a Men's width, as well as the juvenile Junior size.
One comment, you need to be careful when buying NOS pedals because Schwinn sold all the pedal widths in BOTH 1/2" AND 9/16" shaft sizes. The neat thing about the pedals with "threaded pedal rubber rods" is they can be taken apart and you can exchange the threaded spindles for different thread sizes.
