Need help identifying this badge VanderVoort Flyer!

So I found this cwc bicycle a while ago. Did some research on the badge to try to find anything on it. But the only thing i think I found was a car company. Does anyone or have ever heard of this badge before VanderVroot Flyer. Any help would be great thank you!

Appears to me me to be to be a Cwc built bicycle!

I would agree as well. Paisley chain guard, Cranks and the shape all look like late 30's to 1940 CWC

I say 37-38 because of the combination of flat fender brace, and the blade fork.

That pretty wild, thanks for your research, when I checked out the complete name, I found a automobile company!
