That bicycle has more value as a curiosity piece with the tree. You should consider leaving it in place. Without the tree it is a $25-50 bike; someone would pay more with the wood intact. Maybe try @BICYCLE HEAVEN
It would be a good piece for his museum.

Maybe a Monark built Western Flyer. Looks like the rear fender would have to be removed first, in order to replace the tires and tubes to make it a rider.

Is it secured with a “Hemlock”?

With the tree it's a one of a kind art piece, without the tree, it's a another POS, so to speak, just another rusty bike with little or no value. It's not like bikes like that "Grow on Trees" every day.......just sayin'.
