Need help indentifing this bike

I was hoping to get a little help with this one , I’m pretty sure but just want to be 100% sure when I post this for parts ... obviously added to bar by a kid in the day I’m sure ... looks like a spray bump repaint but hoping you guys can tell me make , rims and tank ... if you see some useable parts let me know

If that's a "B" that it starts with, it's likely a 1937.
