Need help to ID a frame year and make

Hi,

I picked this up on the third floor at my friends bike shop.

The Head badge is missing.

There is a serial number at the top of the seat tube. Looks like LO 58 58

We believe it is from the 1910 era

Any, and all help appreciated

is there a shadow outline of the headbadge? rear dropout details might point to pope/colombia. nice detail, should really clean up well.

That sure is a nice original paint frame.You can see there was a tool pouch mounted on the frame at some time. Sorry can't help with the maker but I am sure someone will .

I could not see an outline for the Head Badge.

The only thing is a serial number on the seat post

105858 circa 1895-6, has interesting way of mounting the seat stays with a bushing and thru-bolt
I have lots of forks if you need one, just need length of fork tube race to race if you can.
