I have what I believe may be a 1936 or 1937 BSA Gold Vase frame . The original Gold Vase decal is still present on the frame neck to BB down tube. What appears to be a small stamped serial number on the left rear Horizontal Drop-out is 19586. Directly above this number is stamped in small capital letters MD.

Attached to the rear of the frame on the right side is a 1936 3-speed Cyclo gear setup. I have looked in various places on line trying to locate info to positively confirm the year of manufacture for this frame without success. Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture from the above number?
