BTW the upside to all this is that you can call it a '62 and no one can dispute it. When people ask me what year my Evans Colson is, I say, "it's a 1955." But it could just as easily be a '54 or a '56. It's a bit awkward saying it's a 54-57. It's fun to pinpoint the exact year a bike was built. Believe me, I was excited when I found our three '60s Schwinns' exact Birthdates. But, sometimes you can't, and that's okay too.
