need help with I.D. with the following parts
(1) TOC NOS hub,
marked patent 1897
odd brake arm
marking on the hub says : LEGGO's AUTOMATIC BRAKE, PATENT 1897, 32 PARK PLACE, NEW YORK

(2) TOC handlebars
seem to have some wood grips
almost perfect condition

(3) chainguard
aftermarket add-on?

I have four hubs of the same maker. One is brilliant NOS, the others in descending order of used condition and missing parts. Along with these hubs are original blue prints and letters written to a dealer in Mississippi QC Hub shell reads as follows...
