Looking for help trying to identify this scooter, only two things that I can see, and that is the sticker in front and the tires are made in Germany

Thanks they're 12 1/2 X 2 1/4 I get a mid 70's early 80's vibe from this scooter because of the white tires and plastic wasn't popular till mid 70's with that fake tail lite
