Need help with identification

I came across this old track bike in poor shape and trying to fix it up. Not much left for identification but hoping someone can help. I’ve scoured it for a serial number and found nothing. Slowly taking off multiple layers of thick old paint jobs- best I can tell was originally a brick red color unless that is primer. Not much of original paint was actually left under it all. Two pin holes for a head badge at one time (now missing). Had a BSA crank and Iver Johnson stem. Including pics of the joints as I’ve heard those can help in identifying. Any help greatly appreciated- thanks!

That looks like a 1940s Paramount. Get a picture of the serial number underneath the crank housing.

Yep that’s pretty much a match. Thanks!! The fork is exactly like that as well. I’ll take another look and see if I can get the serial #.
