Need help with info on a new bike purchase.

Hi, I just picked this bike up Monday. It was to interesting and local to pass up. The badge says LW Keenan Company's CHAMPION Portland, OR and someone had added a Dana three speed hub. It has 30" wide tiller bars and faded original paint. The serial number is "F96837" and rear facing drop outs. Is this a Mantin Smith bike? I haven't decided if I'm going to keep it or sell it locally. Thanks for your help. - Shawn

Looks like a Westfield built frame, 40 SN.

Not sure what a Dana 3 speed fetches but besides maybe the badge there isn't a whole lot of value there. Minus the 3 speed I'm thinking less than a hundy. V/r Shawn

At 30" wide those are monsters. What is the front to back 10"-12"?!

They are 12" from the top bend. Nice and big.
