Need info on this one please

Got one I'm working on getting back on the road and I'd like some more info if possible. I'm told Westfield or Rollfast. Any ideas who manufactured it and what year or any other info? If a better serial # visual is needed let me know the best way to expose without erasing it. A 90723 is my guess if you stand back a bit

I don't know much about serial numbers. A pic of the whole bike would be helpful.

I see the chainring is different

As is the paint details (arrowhead darts).

I would agree with Snyder. A couple pics of my Harvard Deluxe for comparison. A year or 2 earlier if I'm not mistaken.

Do you have pics of the crank, chainring & bottom bracket? If original pieces, that may help with ID as well. The bottom brackets used in this period were kinda different than most other brands.
