Need some help Identifying… 1960’s Rickshaw?

Hello. I recently picked this cool look Pedicab up. Wanted a decor piece for a restaurant I’m working on. The seller said it was brought back by his friend after the war… I tried searching the web and found nothing on the name plate. What’s strange was the handle grips. It said Schwinn. The tires said “The Special LHR Ballon Tyres” not sure if I was taken for… even so, pretty cool decor piece

any thoughts or info would be amazing
