I love that badge! Barry
In Oct 1

I believe Westfield was building bicycles for Indian up to WWII. That badge is correct for this period. On Oct 26, 1923 Hendee officially changed their name to Indian Motocycle Co. and no I did not leave out the "r" this is how they spelt it. I believe they may have used the Hendee badge at least into early '24 on the bicycles based on my original '24 still having a Hendee badge. Here is the Indian thread and you will see a '37 model (post #141). https://thecabe.com/forum/threads/h...s-information-thread.41878/page-8#post-812028 What is unusual about this bike is that it doesn't have the Indian decals and is not red or maroon which was more typical of an Indian product. That said Indian did sell some blue or bluish colored motorcycles in 1940. V/r Shawn
