Cruisin' on my Bluebird
What year do you guys think this Elgin is? Seller is saying 1915 but I'm thinking for 20's or 30's. Also I've never bought a restored bike but really like this one to buy to keep & ride. What's a good price to pay?

Could be a Westfield-build for Sears; looks to have 28" wheels, suggesting earlier 1930's - at the latest.
If Westfield, I believe the serial number for 1930 would start with an "H"; (one may extrapolate from there).
I believe that Snyder or Excelsior MC may have also built Elgins for Sears about that time.
Westfield may have had nicer-looking pinned and brazed joints than Snyder in that era.

It does look westfield, and if so, should have a serial # starting with a letter that ID's the year.
