This is purely a guess, but I'm thinking this could be a Garton tricycle from the late '50s to early '60s, though I can't find a photo of the exact match in design. AMF Junior also had some models of the time with a similarly shaped front fender, however the rear step plate is different on the AMF trikes. Does the metal seat have a raised "G" stamped into the center of the rear edge? If it does, this is definitely a Garton.
