Its not everyday I see a balloon tired part that Ive never seen before, Its no Bellows stem but still super cool.

Thanks everyone. A guy from a flea market I know left it for me. So you thick the bike might be a rollfast in the 30s maybe? That's not a rollfast chainring is it.
