New departure 2 speed install

I have a wheel with a ND 2 speed setup and I'm looking to swap it onto my rider. I just don't want to screw anything up on it. Does anyone have tips for removing/installing one of these units before I go at it blindly?

You'll take that apart by removing the brake arm side.
