I cleaned and greased this unit a while ago. If I remember right it worked fine on a men's bike, but it was last on a ladies with 2 pulleys and it had trouble staying in low gear. Internals look good from what I can see.

Knuckle has been welded as you can see. An old repair that is holding fine. Threads hold the barrel as it should.

Blackout handle, so a little mis-matched. Someone drilled a hole in each side of the lever clamp.

Head of the shifter pin might be slightly tipped?

Cable looks like a repop.

Maybe for mid and lower end bikes… not parts.
