Very cool for sale thread Pete, and a great result!

This very much to me feels like a WWII era badge. These become more prevalent during this period due to security concerns in the production of war material. It's likely at the time of this badge ND had already shifted their output in this direction. Meriden was the city in Connecticut where this particular ND operation was, one of three along with another plant at Hartford and the main offices & works at Bristol. Rather than to leave this lovely lady nameless adopting Meriden is perfect!
