Sold New Departure SM - possibly NOS - you be the judge

I cant claim it is NOS, because I dont know, but it sure looks it. Everything comes apart with your hands, super smooth, bearings feel like new. I had the lock nuts on it, but i dont think it came with them new. I will include them.
