New Departure two speed.. HELP!!!!

Help getting year on this New Departure two speed hub set up.Shifter not stamp new departure. Any input into this would be appreciated.

The shifter/pulley hardware you have is for a Musselman kit.

Noticed that as well. Made to clamp on smaller tubing such as an Elgin Twin, Monark 5Bars, HTB's etc...
