That looks like a standard stock photo. It appears that this bill fold has never been used. It would be great for a display.

I didnt measure it, but put it against a piece of letter sized paper. So it looks like 9" x a shade over 11" when fully unfolded. Folded up, it is a tri-fold, looks about 4" wide. So yes could be used as a wallet, paper holder etc.
