just picked up has c under crank any help year or model? ugly and some wrong parts.

39? Schwinn DX? think I remember that was the only year for the fork snubbers on the frame.
Those are some serious bars on there...folks are gonna contact you for those!!!

During the custom work the bars were extended. almost can't ride it or say steer..bars hit my legs.

FYI -- It's the straight tube from the head tube to the bottom bracket that makes this DX frame a one year frame ...
