New Here and trying to find info on an old bike

I would imagine there is a serial number somewhere on the frame, and it may be somewhat filled in with the plating.

Cool piece of family history.
 
Well finally got the bike down and there are no serial numbers anywhere on it. So I am guessing it was made just for AYH
