New member need infos about Mercier bike

Hi from Valcourt,Qc
I’m a vintage bicycle collector, mostly 70’s chopper style bikes. I’m looking for any infos about this very Nice french bike Mercier. Rear tire is shot, but stamped « 500 A Ballon » , i think the front rim is not original because
it’s a 20 inch and it’ s not the same « patern « inside.
If possible, i want to restore this bike, so if you have the front rim and tires....
