Interesting how the tooth drives the short link, not the long one like on old 1" pitch chains.

Lots of vague salesman optimism in that article.

It looks like 1/2 inch pitch or there abouts with every other tooth removed. So the chain wears less, what about the ring and cog? Seems the load is just shifted to those parts. Perhaps there is some benefit, but most likely another way to manufacture more stuff just to sell hyped up proprietary parts that may or may not be available in ten years.
