New to us Fair Lady

Just picked up this Fair Lady in Violet for the wifey. From what I have found out it should be from November 1968. Need allot of cleaning, a seat, some tires, and some Lube before she can ride it.
I have the neck but it doesn't want to in easily may need to use a wire brush or paper to get rid of the rust.

You’ll need a stem that is from a 1966 and later Schwinn. They are two sizes of stems So you’ll need a smaller one around 21 mm.
