Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Nice survivor Ladies 1st year DX bicycle with hanging tank, prewar Delta Horn,
Nice and hard to find 3 rib headlight, Delta Defender TL, locking spring fork and matching wheels.
Super nice survivor bicycle with bright red paint looking outstanding for the age of 80+
Overal very solid bike, some rust bubbles and pin holes at the bottom of the tank
where water may have collected. Red Coke style grips but I don't think these are prewar
not positive, not the usual thick rubber I'm accustomed to seeing. So-So recovered
Mesinger saddle in red leather, has the stamp, looks pretty ok. Excellent matching
Prewar Allstate black wall tires, super nice headset. Crank and pedals show some
patina/ chrome loss.... Rest of the bike looks very good!
I would hate to see this bike parted out and hopefully have it priced to stay in tact
Do the math on the parts on board...adds to 1000 range easy
