Certainly needs some refreshing but still a nice project. Not original fenders. Even if I was local more $$$ than I would part with.
 
Not that great a deal, gonna need$500-800 worth of parts and then you still have try to clean it up! Hard pass

In what world does this need $500 worth of parts? Replace the seat $100ish, tires $50, fenders $125ish. Bet that paint would polish up great and the chrome would come back decently

Panther fenders seem to pop up cheap every now and then, forget the light tho but about $100. Those postwar seats pop up cheap pretty often to especially at swap meets. Would still clean up well with some effort and have a few hundred on the flip side once finished
