Nice mate for my 62 Sports, a 61 Ladies Superbe

That early 1960s Superbe Green is very dark. In the sun, it's certainly green, but in the shade it looks sort of black. My 1963 rod brake roadster is the same way. Be careful if you try to match the paint for touching up - it's very dependent on light.

what be the accepted term for the white accents on top, down & blades?

be they darts? other?

the new cog astern be the diameter of a gear block

From my experience the white accents are referred to as darts.

'61 and '62 are the only years that Raleigh incorporated these darts in their paint scheme this way..

This bike rides so well and is so balanced I rode for blocks with no hands on the bars, even turning corners.

Supered up this Superbe. Found a 63 Deluxe model with a nice working light system and a cool old rear carrier. Moved those items to this bike.
Haven't seen the Enwell rack before but it looks right at home on her. Lights cleaned up really nice too.
